Every business StellarReach’s automated outreach emails first becomes yours to work exclusively — for 60 days no other StellarReach agency’s outreach can reach it, and the window rolls forward as long as the lead keeps engaging. Go quiet and it lapses, and the prospect returns to the pool — or an admin can keep a quiet lead locked for $5 per lead per month. Bring your own keys (Scale & Agency). On Scale and Agency, connect your own AI and Maps keys and pay those providers directly. StellarReach then meters only the scoring worker's infrastructure — everything else runs on your own accounts.
Either way, your prepaid balance is the built-in stop — when it runs out, AI pauses. On our keys you can also set a hard monthly spend cap per workspace; it's off until you set one, and once reached AI pauses automatically. With your own keys those AI calls bill your provider directly, so the monthly cap and the scoring cap warn rather than halt — set your ceiling with Anthropic and Google as well.
Prepaid usage is non-refundable. Any unused balance is forfeited when a subscription is cancelled. (A pause for non-payment preserves it — the balance is still there when you come back.)

Yes. Every plan can be billed annually for ~17% off — effectively two months free versus paying monthly. Choose monthly or annual when you subscribe; to change your cadence later, use Manage billing in Settings → Billing, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal. AI usage is still pay-as-you-go either way.
Your daily ceiling is the lower of your plan's cap and the combined safe rate of the mailboxes you actually send through — 25/day per Gmail inbox, 50/day per Microsoft 365 inbox, and less while a new inbox is warming up. A single workspace sender on SendGrid or Microsoft 365 reaches the full plan cap. Note that connecting per-seat inboxes takes over from the workspace sender, so from then on you raise the ceiling by adding inboxes: three Gmail seats send 75/day between them.
Yes. Manage or cancel from Settings → Billing through the Stripe customer portal. Your access continues to the end of the current billing period. Note that cancelling forfeits any unused prepaid usage balance — spend it down first if you have one.
We retry and email you. If it can't be recovered, the workspace is paused until billing is back in good standing — your data stays exactly where it is and reactivates when payment succeeds.
No. Payments run through Stripe, and full card numbers are handled and stored by Stripe — never by StellarReach.
