Every business you email first becomes yours to work exclusively — for 60 days no other StellarReach agency can reach it, and the window rolls forward as long as the lead keeps engaging. Go quiet and it lapses, and the prospect returns to the pool — or an admin can keep a quiet lead locked for $5 per lead per month. Add or remove it anytime from Settings → Billing.

Your plan covers platform access and capabilities. The AI work — scoring sites, building demos, and drafting emails — is billed separately as pay-as-you-go usage, at the same rate on every tier:
Platform keys (all plans). You prepay a usage balance that's drawn down as you go and auto-recharges your saved card when it runs low. You're never billed for usage you didn't run.
Bring your own keys (Scale & Agency). On Scale and Agency, connect your own AI and Maps keys and pay those providers directly. StellarReach then meters only the scoring worker's infrastructure — everything else runs on your own accounts.
Either way, per-workspace budgets and a hard monthly cap pause AI before spend ever runs away.

Yes. Every plan can be billed annually for ~17% off — effectively two months free versus paying monthly. Choose monthly or annual when you subscribe; to change your cadence later, use Manage billing in Settings → Billing, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal. AI usage is still pay-as-you-go either way.
Yes — through SendGrid or Microsoft 365, which are built for that volume. A connected Gmail mailbox is deliberately capped at 25 emails/day, regardless of plan, so cold volume never burns your Google sending reputation. To use your tier's full daily limit, connect SendGrid (or Outlook) as your sender.
Yes. Manage or cancel from Settings → Billing through the Stripe customer portal. Your access continues to the end of the current billing period.
We retry and email you. If it can't be recovered, the workspace is paused until billing is back in good standing — your data stays exactly where it is and reactivates when payment succeeds.
No. Payments run through Stripe, and full card numbers are handled and stored by Stripe — never by StellarReach.
